If your order isn’t right, be sure to let us know! We offer refunds or exchanges as part of our happiness guarantee.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, just let us know within 15 days of receiving it. 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo of the item (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1-3 business days, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
