As a small, made-to-order business, we get started on your item once your order is in - this helps us minimize waste and only create what’s needed.
Please allow us 2–5 business days to prepare your order before it ships.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times will depend on where you’re located:

Express shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If you’re outside the U.S., please note that customs or import fees might apply, and those will be your responsibility.
FREE SHIPPING is available for US orders $75+
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If you haven’t received any tracking info within 5 days of placing your order, send us a quick message at support@gymfluential.com and we’ll look into it right away.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We work hard to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
